Gorgeous Rousham Extension

The team here at Oliver James Design & Build have been lucky enough to work with a host of fabulous clients for the past 13 years. So while we are temporarily in lockdown, we thought it would be lovely to continue looking back at some of our favourite past projects.

What Did Oliver James Achieve?

Louise Mizen was another of our first clients who we worked with all the way back in 2007, and this fantastic project has most definitely stood the test of time! As we still do now, we spent time speaking with Louise to understand the vision for her new space before recommending the best route for her garden room.

For Louise’s project, we designed and built a gorgeous Rousham style room, which included two sets of beautiful bi-fold doors, one with a glass gable end above. Add in two Velux roof windows, and the effect is amazing.

As you can see from the photos below, Louise chose a very modern, contemporary interior for her garden room, complete with cream coloured kitchen furnishings accompanied by wooden worktops, units and dining table. The cosy sofa added the perfect finishing touch to her new space.
