What Did Oliver James Achieve?

This project that we completed for Mr and Mrs Footman was most definitely one of our most interesting challenges and took a significant amount of planning to ensure that every aspect was perfect. The client had a raised section of their garden, which they were keen to retain, but they also wanted their new garden room to span across the entire width of their home. So, to do this, we used a method called “tanking” which allows us to build the room into the lawn effectively while keeping the raised area. You can see how we managed to achieve this in the project pictures below. This looked incredible from both the inside and the outside as the lawn was level with the windows for a seamless finish.

To complete the appearance of their home extension, the client opted for anthracite aluminium jumbo sliding doors with windows to match, along with solar-powered Velux roof lights. They also installed some lovely external lighting, which really brings the room and garden to life when the sun goes down. We must say, the transformation truly is stunning!
