Those who are lucky enough to live in a period property can often find it tricky to incorporate an extension that meets the traditional charm – this is where the Eden comes in. As the first home extension type designed bespoke for our clients, the Eden aims to encapsulate the historic brickwork of an older home, while integrating modernised features.

To ensure that results exceed all expectations, Oliver James Design & Build has a highly-skilled, experienced brickwork specialist on board, who will ensure that your extension flows seamlessly with your existing property. Each component of the design from windows and doors to roofing is created bespoke to meet all requirements.

Specifications Overview: 3.5 depth x 4m width with “Hertalan Neoprene” flat roof system, “Origin” folding sliding doors and 1 x Velux flat roof light.
